1). CANCELLATION: We have a 24 hour per provider cancellation policy that’s enforced for each event/session. For instance, if you have scheduled and booked three providers/attendants, we’ll need a minimum of 72/hours cancellation notice. However, if we do not receive the required time notice, you will be charged for the complete/full amount. And if you should schedule/book appointment/s anywhere from 24/hours to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment, there is no cancellation period allowed, and you will be charged the complete/full amount for each provider. For events/sessions that are longer than one day, the cancellation must occur at least 24/hours before the initial date and time of the ongoing event. 2). APPOINTMENT TARDINESS: Clients/employees have a five (5) minute grace period for each of your session. If you arrive late of the scheduled apointed time, there will be no additional time allowed and time will be lost. Anything beyond the five (5) minutes will be reduced from the time of the session. 3). PROVIDERS: Providers are given a thirty (30) minute grace period on their arrival time to setup and be ready on time. 4). PARKING: Quoted rates do not include parking fees.
